EVA Check-in gives construction teams a configurable connection between site sign-in, safety processes and Procore. People can check in using QR posters, a tablet kiosk, mobile apps or geofencing. EVA captures their company, visitor type, reason for visit, work location and time on site, then sends the relevant records to Procore.
Choose which visitor types appear in the Manpower, Visitor or Inspection Logs. Configure exclusions to prevent duplicate entries and create a reporting structure that reflects how each project operates.
Manpower information is sent to Procore hourly. Visitor records are updated when a person checks out.
Decide which workers appear in the Manpower Log, whether entries are grouped by company or created for each person, and what supporting information appears in each comment. Custom comment templates can include details such as the worker’s name and reason for visit, helping project teams review time on site against time-based billing.
Use company names from your Procore Directory during check-in to improve data quality. Fuzzy matching helps workers select an existing company, while people from unlisted companies can still check in and provide their company name. Administrators can then correct a visitor profile so future visits match the appropriate directory record.
Workers, supervisors and subcontractors can complete EVA On-site Forms from the mobile app or a browser. EVA converts each submission into a PDF and sends it to the project’s Procore Documents email address, creating a simpler path from field capture to project record keeping.
Use this workflow for incident reports, toolbox talks, JHAs, site inspections, pre-start checks, plant and equipment checks, permits, quality observations and other project records. Submissions arrive in the project’s Emailed Documents folder, where administrators can move them into the appropriate project location.

Safety notifications and generated report PDFs can also be routed to the Procore project inbox, giving project teams greater visibility of information captured in the field.
EVA Check-in provides encryption, ISO 27001-aligned information security, configurable data retention and masking, flexible administrator roles and Microsoft single sign-on. Reporting, auditing, APIs and webhooks support wider business and integration requirements.
Each EVA site is connected to its matching Procore project. Existing Procore integration settings can be copied to another EVA site, helping teams configure new projects more efficiently.
